Taylor runs the Beautiful Little Soul. Co at the Shoppes at Dragon Village. She is in charge of events and is the person you should contact about vending at the village. Email her or fill out the link on this page and she will get back to you asap.

Signing Up To Be A Vendor

  1. The application will be found above this section. The application deadline will be the Saturday before the event.

  2. You will receive an email with your confirmation, within 7 days.

  3. An email will be sent the week of the event with the map and your vendor spot. Usually by Wednesday.

  4. Our events run rain or shine. All spots are outdoors. Vendor spots are 10x10. There are no refunds for vendor fees if you do not make an event. A credit or refund will only be issued if we cancel an event.

  5. Sign up is flexible. You can do Saturday and Sunday, or just one day.

  6. Payment is expected once you receive a confirmation email, via mailed check or cash or electronic payment via Paypal (info@shoppesatdragonvillage.com) or Venmo (@dragonvillage) or pay using the Event Payment button on this webpage. If you signed up for multiple events, you can pay for each event 2 weeks prior to the event.

  7. Payments are ONLY MADE to Shoppes at Dragon Village, never to an individual person.

  8. Beware of scammers. We are not responsible for anyone impersonating Shoppes at Dragon Village. Payments are never made to an individual person.

Vendor Load In Info

Hello Vendors! Taylor here with some important updates for everyone. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience at our upcoming events.

  1. No Call/No Show Policy
    No call/no shows will not be tolerated. You will be removed from the vendor list if you do not notify us of an absence. We understand emergencies happen, please reach out if something comes up, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

  2. Vendor Spot Assignments
    First come, first serve - we will no longer create a vendor map. Gates open at 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday.

  3. Friday Night Market Setup
    Arrive after 2:00pm
    You must be fully set up by 6:00pm
    All vehicles must be out by 6:30-6:45pm
    If you’re setting up Friday for a Saturday event, follow the same timeline and contact Taylor in advance to confirm.

  4. Reserved Spots
    Do not remove any reserved spot signs without speaking to Taylor first. These are saved for - Handicap accessible access, Easy unloading and Electrical plug ins. Note: Electricity is an additional $5 fee on top of your vendor fee if you’re using our power source.

  5. Payment Information
    Food Trucks and Lemonade/Drink vendors must pay in cash to avoid scams.
    Vendor spot payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, Check or Cash at the gate.
    Cash payments at the gate must be made to Taylor only.
    Always include the name of the event in your payment notes.
    Do not send payment until you receive a confirmation email.
    Payments go to Shoppes at Dragon Village only, never an individual.
    Payment deadline is 7 days before an event.

  6. Load In & Arrival
    Load in emails will go out Monday the week of the event. If you’re running late, you may still set up, but no cars allowed through the gate after 9:30am. All vehicles must be moved to vendor parking area by 9:50am. There are limited carts available to help move your items.

  7. What you Must Bring
    Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents/canopies, lighting, weights, etc. We only provide a 10’x10’ space.

  8. Setup Instructions
    Check in at the castle gate and get your wristband from Taylor. Unload quickly and move your car immediately from the circle driveway. Vendor parking is near the front entrance - look for signs or ask Taylor. A gold car is available to shuttle vendors back from the parking lot.

  9. Parking & Driving Rules
    Do not park in the driveway during unloading, as cars need to get by on the black top.
    Do not drive on the grass, walkways, or in front of the shops - there are underground wires and plumbing.
    Follow the posted one-way signs to help reduce congestion.

  10. Two-Day Vendors
    You may leave your setup overnight (most vendors lower their tents). Weighs are required. The property is monitored by cameras and residents on-site.

  11. Night Market Setup
    Begins Friday at 2:00pm
    Must be set up by 6:00pm
    Vehicles must be moved to vendor parking by 6:30pm.

  12. Event Breakdown
    Do not start breaking down earlier than 45 minutes before the end of the event.
    If the train is running, vehicles are not allowed to drive around the outside driveway.

  13. Weather Policy
    Events are rain or shine.
    In case of severe weather, we may end early - this decision will be made on the day of the event.

Misc. Information and Fees

  1. If it is a themed weekend, please dress accordingly. Examples are Renaissance, Halloween, Pirates and Mermaids, etc.

  2. Craft Vendors: $50 a day, or $90 for a weekend event. Night markets are $50 each. We do have a few 3 day events. If you sign up for all 3 days, there is a vendor discount and the fee is $135.

  3. Food Vendors: Food vendor fee is $100 per day. If you are a baker with a Cottage Kitchen License, your vendor fee is $50 a day, or $90 for the weekend.

  5. If you cannot make an event, give us at least one week notice if possible. We understand there are emergencies, just be courteous.
