Attn: All Food Vendors
For 2026, there are the changes that have been made by the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety.
-The food truck owners must register and apply for the permit with the fire department, not the event coordinator.
- Here is the link for the permit application https://forms.gle/P7NQ9oKTVFV3VVar8
- I have also attached a mobile food vendor checklist. The link and the checklist can also be found on our website at bridgetonfire.com under the “fire prevention” tab, “uniform fire code” option.
-The Division of Fire Safety is also requiring all food trucks to have a letter from both a New Jersey licensed electrician and a New Jersey licensed plumber certifying the electrical and plumbing in the food truck.
